Chicago Fashion Week took a daringly dark turn this year with a thrilling, spooky fashion show held in the unusual setting of a sleek, upscale car garage, The Chicago Car Collective. The backdrop of high-end cars parked beneath dramatic lights, the atmosphere was charged with a blend of elegance and eeriness. Models emerged from behind the door, shrouded in fog, walking the runway in pieces that combined gothic elements with modern silhouettes.

   Designers embraced the spooky theme fully, showcasing garments with rich, textured fabrics in deep blacks, blood reds, and shadowy grays.
Accessories were just as striking, with models wearing chunky metal jewelry, glasses, and gloves embellished with skeletal designs. Makeup was bold and avant-garde: darkened eyes, smudged lips, and ghostly contouring enhanced the models' ghoulish glamour.

   Chicago Fashion Week had plenty of high points, but this show in a car garage was undoubtedly the most thrilling. It left attendees mesmerized by a marriage of luxury and darkness, offering an unforgettable reminder of the beauty that can be found in the spooky and surreal.
